| Distributed over two floors with twenty examination chambers. Out patient examination departments is state of art and planned for an efficient patient flow and movement. The patient need not move to different sections. Each chamber is equipped with an ophthalmic unit, slit lamp, 78D auto refractor, applanation tonometer, trial set, indirect ophthalmoscope, focused light and remote vision test drums. This enables a smooth flow of patients and complete work-up of a case at each cabin. |

| The OPD accept cases for refraction, spectacle prescription, minor ailments, major eye disorders, follow up and special services like Ultra Sound, A Scan & B Scan, Auto Refraction, Digital Fundus Fluorescein Angiography, Digital Angiography, Laser, Yag Laser, GDXVCC - Nerve Fibre Layer Analysis, OCT, Corneal Topography, Contact Lenses, exercise for weak muscles, Visual Field examination, Squint Assessment, Corneal disorders, Retinal diseases, Diabetic Retinopathy, aging changes in eye and Lasik for removal of glasses. |

Grewal Eye Institute has the most modern and sophisticated OPERATION THEATRE in the region. The operation theatre complex is situated at the top floor (level 4) of the institute. The premises have three operation theatres with latest equipments. It has three private rooms with two beds each and one ten-bed recovery. Each bed in recovery has a separate cabin with a bed for the patient, two seats for patient's attendants, a wardrobe to hang clothes and independent telephone. |

| Operation theatre area has its own linen care department. The state of the art operation theatre has been built to international standard keeping the WHO sterilization guidelines in focus. HEPA filters have been used to filter the operation theatre air to maintain the sterilization of the air. |

| Institute has its own auditorium, library with access to internet, cafeteria, chemist shop and optical shop. The facilities and care provided to the patients have made the institute well known in the region. |
