- Benefits on future consultations, procedures and optical care: As a premier member of GEI you will get special benefits on Consultation, follow-ups, Procedures and purchase of Optical. Being a Card Holder you are eligible for 10% discount on any spectacle purchased from Taj optical, 10% discount on one time spending up to Rs.5000 and 5% discount on one time spending above Rs.5000 at any branch of GEI.
- Priority Appointments: As a Premier Card Holder you will be received at a separate reception counter within GEI premises.
- Gift your privileges to your loved ones: You can now extend healthy eye care to your friends and relatives. You will receive your Premier Card along with 4 gift coupons by which you can gift GEI privileges to your loved ones.
- Credit points: With redeeming of each Gift Coupon 10 points will be credited to your account and an aggregate of 40 points entitles you to do a free consultation at GEI.
- Access to information: We will provide you with the tips, suggestions and guidelines on eye care.
- Invites to Patient Education programs: You will be a special invitee to attend patient education programs that GEI holds from time to time.

| GEI Privilege relationship program guidelines |
|
- Every patient here is called "consumer" is someone who has made a financial transaction for eye treatment at Grewal Eye Institute, Chandigarh or any of its branches. Such consumers will be enrolled into this program.
- The criteria for eligibly is:
- Patient is a senior citizen; age greater than or equal to 70 yrs.
- Patient has visited more than 5 times at GEI.
- He had spent more than Rs. 10,000 for any procedure at GEI.
- A customer can purchase the premier card.
- The privileges of a card holder include a 10% discount on spectacle, 10% discount on spending up to Rs.5000 and 5% discount on spending above Rs.5000.
- The consumer can start availing these benefits from same day of issue of card.
- The card holder will also receive 4 gift vouchers along with the Premier Card.
- The consumer can gift these vouchers to any relative or friend by duly filling the name of the recipient.
- The gift voucher recipient can use only one voucher in one visit & no aggregation of privileges through use of more than one voucher is allowed in one visit. The gift voucher recipient will not be allowed to present or claim higher benefit by using more than one voucher at any given time.
- The benefits of a gift voucher include 10% discount on OPD, 10% discount on Taj optical and 5% discount on any surgery.
- The premier card holder will gain a relationship account bonus credit of 10 bonus points every time a gift voucher is presented by a third party at GEI or any branches for redemption.
- The premier card holder will get maximum 40 credit points after all 4 gift vouchers have been redeemed. These credit points can be redeemed by premier card holder for his or her personal consultation at GEI & branches and is not transferable.
- Any bearer of the gift voucher will only be enrolled into GEI privileged relationship program as and when he / she satisfy the above eligibility criteria.
- Benefits of a gift voucher cannot be added to the benefits of premier card holder.
- After the redemption of all 4 gift vouchers, the premier card holder will be given 4 more gift vouchers which he/she can give to his/his near and dear ones.
